By accessing or using CreditOps AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CreditOps AI provides a decision support platform for credit risk teams, including underwriting automation, fraud detection, compliance tools, and analytics. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. Account Registration

Access to the Service requires registration and invitation. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights

5. Data Processing

Use of the Service involves processing of data subject to our Data Processing Agreement. You represent that you have all necessary rights and consents to process data through the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CreditOps AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreditOps AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Regulatory Compliance

The Service provides tools to support regulatory compliance, but you remain responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to ECOA, FCRA, and state lending laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on the Service. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
